A child has died after falling into a pond at Araihazar in Narayanganj.
Shishu Tania, 7, daughter of village doctor Anwar Hossain, drowned in a pond near her house in Charigram area of Satgram Union on Friday (August 3) afternoon.
Officer-in-charge (OC) of Araihazar Police Station Anichur Rahman Mollah said the body was handed over to relatives as there was no complaint about the dead child.
