BNP leader Abu Jafar Ahmed Babul, an aspirant for BNP nomination in the Narayanganj-5 constituency, conducted a public relations campaign in the Chashara, Amlapara, Ukilpara, and Kalirbazar areas of Narayanganj city.
The public outreach began on Tuesday (October 21) noon from the Missionpara area of the city.
Later, he distributed leaflets detailing the 31-point programme among people in Amlapara, Kalirbazar, Ukilpara, and Chashara areas.
During the campaign, Babul distributed leaflets outlining the BNP's declared 31-point programme for state reform. He also sought votes from the general public to ensure the victory of the 'Paddy Sheaf' (BNP's electoral symbol) in the upcoming election.
At a brief rally in front of the BNP party office in Missionpara after the campaign, Babul said, "You have seen the response I am getting. There is not a single person who has seen me without embracing me. The people of Narayanganj are with me. I ask you to pray for our leader Khaleda Zia and for our pride of youth, Tarique Rahman, so that he may return to the country in good health."
Leaders and activists from various levels of Narayanganj Metropolitan BNP participated in the campaign.
