Narayanganj: More than half a hundred workers protested after SBS Electricity, a subsidiary company of Paradise Cable, announced a lay-off at its factory in Fatulla, Narayanganj, without paying the 18-month arrears.
They protested in front of the factory located in Pithalipur area of Fatulla on Tuesday (February 7) morning.
Later in the afternoon, the workers raised their demands and complained at the Directorate of Inspection of Factories and Institutions in Narayanganj.
