The owners and employees of Narayanganj held a protest program by keeping 150 hotel-restaurants closed for one hour demanding justice in the case of the shooting of the manager of a restaurant in Narayanganj.

The program was held on Wednesday (8 February) from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm.

At that time, they demanded the punishment of those involved in the murder of the hotel manager. Narayanganj Hotel-Restaurant Confectionery Owners Association formed a human chain in front of Monir Hotel in 2 no railgate area of ​​the city.

The president of the organization Councilor Moniruzzaman Monir, general secretary Abu Hena, joint secretary Mostak, organizing secretary Shankar Ghosh, publicity secretary Iqbal Hossain, member Moktar Hossain, social welfare secretary Sitaram Modak, Haji Jamal Uddin, Zafar were present. Talukdar, Madhav Ghosh, Trinath Ghosh, Neel Kamal Ghosh, Raghunath Modak, Proprietor of Bose Cabin Bombay, Khaja Sweet Praveer Kumar Ghosh and many more were present there.

The deceased Zaman Kajal is the son of Shah Alam of Alirtek Union of Narayanganj Sadar Upazila. He lived in Nabiganj area.

Earlier on February 5 around 9:30 pm, there was an incident of open firing at Sultan Bhai Kachchi restaurant in Angura Plaza, Chashara of the city. The condition of Kajol, who was shot, was critical.
